"An Army Marches On Its Stomach"

I have been tested twice for ADHD growing up and both times, they showed that when I found something interesting, I could lock-in.  I find, baking, military history, and Minnesota sports incredibly interesting (and incredibly frustrating... Twins and Vikings) along with a host of other things.

 

Marie-Antoine Carême was a famous and influential french chef during the time of Napoleon Bonaparte.  If I had even the knowledge of being a piss boy for the great Carême imagine how much better I would be at making croissants.
